Policy

We make booking quick and simple, and everything can be handled completely online. Just set a date, select your rentals, and checkout. It's that easy!

At checkout, you'll enter contact information and the address of your event. Then, you'll submit payment-including a 20% security deposit. We only accept electronic payments- and all payments are processed by Stripe.  Please note, additional fees may be required to confirm your booking.

After booking, you'll receive confirmation. We will reach out to you to schedule a time for your pick- up or deliver. All customers picking up must make a reservation. Customers may pick up the day before and may be dropped off the day after. 

We offer next day pick up with no additional charge. There is a non-refundable fee for same day pick-ups and after business hours deliveries/pick-ups.

The security deposit will be refunded back to you when your items are returned-subject to our security deposit policy.

Your security deposit may be forfeited if any rentals are not returned or are returned damaged or destroyed. The forfeiture of your security deposit does not prevent us from holding you responsible for additional costs associated with damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen rentals.
